COLE HAD FUN! AFTER DINNER AND EVERYTHING WE TOOK COLE TO THE BEE MOVIE. WE WERE THE ONLY ONES THERE, IT WAS LIKE WE RENTED THE PLACE. COLE REALLY LIKED THE MOVIE AND ALL THE POPCORN TOO.

HALLOWEEN & STUFF

FIRST WE WENT TO THE ALERUS CENTER WHICH IS LIKE THE IDAHO CENTER FOR AN INDOOR HALLOWEEN THING. IT WAS 40 MINS. IN LINE AND 40 MINS. TO GET THROUGH BUT IT WAS WORTH IT! COLE HAD SO MUCH FUN, HE WENT FROM BOOTH TO BOOTH SAYING "PLEASE" (WE COULDN'T GET TRICK OR TREAT DOWN).
THEN WE WENT TRICK-OR-TREATING, WE MADE IT TO FOUR HOUSES BEFORE HE WAS DONE.
THEN WE WENT TO MCCDONALDS FOR A CHEESEBURGER! HERE HE IS AT THE DRIVE THROUGH.

HANDS IN POCKETS (SORT OF).

Please pray for my uncle and aunt, Mike and Mary Garcia. They have been evacuated from their home becuase of the Harris fire in San Diego.

Matt and I went to MercyMe last night, it was awesome! Monk&Neagle and Aaron Shust were there also. They played at the Chester Fritz auditorium on campus literally 2 blocks away! Cole had a sitter (a girl I work with) and he did great!

Cole is growing up, he is signed up for gymnastics! Our first class is Nov. 8th, I am really excited! It will be good for him to be around other kids.

WE NEED JACKETS

Everyone, Matt and I need winter jackets. I don't want to spend what I spent on Cole on us. So I am looking for used ones. If anyone knows of someone that might have old or last year's (very warm) jackets to spare that would be willing to sell them to us let me know. I found out that they set up outdoor skating rinks all over the town and there is going to be one here on campus, I can get cheap skates at play-it-again sports, so Cole and I are going skating! Also Matt said he wants to take Cole sledding this winter.

AN ARM & A LEG TO PROTECT SOME ARMS AND LEGS!!!

Yesterday we went and got Cole his jacket and snowpants for this year, we spent 110.00 and that was 40% off!! Regular price was 165.00! I suppose he is worth it.

Matt got a 104% on his first math test!

Matt and Cole found a spider the other night, Cole says "Bug, bug, bug..." and then he hit it with his hand and killed it, poor "Bug."

He was being quiet one day for about 20 minutes so I went into his room to check on him and he was reading with his hard hat on just like that! He loves to take pictures with his toy camera he says "Cheese." I went to check on him one night after he went to sleep and he was really hanging off of his bed, his right toes were barely touching the floor. Matt took him yesterday to see the trains behind our building. They make alot of noise hooking up and unhooking and going back and forth, Matt said he liked it but was kinda scared and wouldn't let go of his Daddy.

Church Cont...

I have gone to Bible Baptist Church 4 more times (including wed. and twice today). And so far it feels comfortable. Today Cole and I were invited to Sunday dinner after early service at a nice family's house, the Chaney's. They are really nice and I got to talk Cindy (the mom) about different ministries and some other questions I had about the church. She said it is fine if I bring my NKJV Bible (I asked) she said that they use KJV because of the translation. They really stick to scripture, like we flip to different verses at least 20 times a service. The Pastor preached last Sunday about letting God guide you and I was in the middle of job confusion and was really grateful for and touched by the message. Although Matt did not go to dinner or early service with Cole and I he went to evening service! He said the hymns were from when he was in fourth grade and he said "It was alright." So I think he will be attending regularly with me! There is a ton of things for me to get involved in: play in orchestra, campus ministry, they do alot for missionary wives, nursery, jail ministry, camps and more.

I am now working at the Hilton Garden Inn as a front desk agent. I think there is alot of room for growth so we'll see. Everyone I work with seems really nice, also very new, the most senior employee was hired in march, which is a bit scary I kind of wonder why that is. This is an old pic but you can see the walkway, it connects to the Hilton on the right and we live to the left.

Misc.

This jungle gym and basketball court is just outside of our building. So I gave up my career in potatoes, too many hours. When Matt is watching football on ESPN Cole gets to watch his movies on the laptop. Cole thinks he can do anything, he says "I shoup" that means I shoot.

The other day I went to get my very last apple still in the produce bag and this is what I found. He had taken a bite through the bag, luckily he didn't eat any of the plastic but there were chunks of apple still in the bag.
